Epsom, Grafton Women Arrested On Theft Charges: Concord Police Log Domestic assault on Pleasant Street; man arrested on stalking charges on Redington Road; a man from Loudon also arrested on theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Robert Charles Young Jr. was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Sept. 16 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Dunkin' Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Lochland Carter, 20, of Glebe Road in Westmoreland was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 5 on driving under the influence, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and disobeying an officer charges as well as unsafe lane change, fail to drive on the right side of the road, and traffic control device violations after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage and South State Street.

Taylor M. Bachelder was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Sept. 3 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation in an apartment at 243 Pleasant St.

Jennifer L. Pais was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 2 on endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at the Residence Inn at 91 Hall St.

Jasmine Y. Curtis was arrested at 10 :30 a.m. on Sept . 1 on simple assault , domestic violence -simple assault , and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex .

Jeffrey S. Gardner, born 1960, of Concord was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2024, on two stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Redington Road.

Lisa Levasseur , born 1966, of Epsom was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Joseph Daniel Frazier , 41, of Swanzey was arrested on a warrant at 3:01 p.m. on Aug. 16 after an incident or investigation in the area of Merrimack Valley High School and Community Drive. He failed to appear at the arraignment of two felony theft charges out of Swanzey from August 2023. Frazier also has an active burglary case from Keene in November 2023 working its way through superior court.

Christopher M. Blodgett , 50, of Concord was arrested at 9:05 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Target on D'Amante Drive .

Andrew J. Ludwig , 38, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 14 as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge . He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Supreme Court at 2 Charles Doe Drive .

Matthew Clifford Gilliland , 29, of Loudon was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on Aug. 13 on criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation on West Street.

Chantelle Marie Bartlett , 26, of Grafton was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Aug. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking -less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Lowe's at 90 Fort Eddy Road. Bartlett also has active forgery and felony theft charges out of Concord from June 2022 and a felony theft charge out of Pittsfield from August 2018, working their way through superior court .

Emmanuel Muhire , 34, of Concord was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Aug . 10 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road .
