49ers vs Rams week 3: How to watch on TV and streaming
The San Francisco 49ers face the Los Angeles Rams at 1:25 p.m. PDT on Sunday, Sept. 22 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
The Rams are a familiar foe, facing the Niners in important games throughout Kyle Shanahan's and Sean McVay's tenures running their respective teams. The 49ers have dominated the regular season, winning nine of their last 10 matchups before last year's NFL regular-season finale in which both teams sat many starters with playoff seeding already clinched.
Still, L.A. holds the big win over San Francisco: The NFC Championship Game in January 2022 that sent the Rams to the Super Bowl. That offseason, the 49ers drafted Brock Purdy and have reached the last two conference championship games. The Rams, meanwhile, won Super Bowl LVI and have retooled some since, most recently losing star defensive lineman Aaron Donald to retirement.

NFL Sunday Ticket YouTube TV broadcasts all the games on Sunday afternoon outside of the matchups showing in the local market. If you are a Niners fan living in another state, this is a good option. You can add Sunday Ticket to a YouTube TV plan for $158.99 per month for four months for both services, or purchase NFL Sunday Ticket as a standalone plan for $479 per year. The service also offers condensed game replays.
