Esther Anderson, of Walnut Street, Luzerne, died Monday at home.
Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy
(Pollick) Barber. She was a member of the Back Mountain Harvest Assembly
Church, Trucksville.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Dennis.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas; sons, Thomas T., Luzerne; and Daniel,
Shavertown; daughters, Esther Malesinski, North Carolina; Donna, Luzerne; Mary
McCauley, Jenkins Township; six grandchildren; sisters, Geraldine Root,
Swoyersville; Judy Casey, Plymouth; Dorothy Gruver, Luzerne; and brothers,
Harold Barber, Wilkes-Barre; Harry and James Barber, both of Swoyersville;
Glenn Barber, Kingston; and Michael Barber, Luzerne.



The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40
S. Main St., Plains Township, with the Rev. Daniel S. Miller officiating.
Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
