Ex Real Housewives star looks unrecognizable in pre-plastic surgery throwback photos

A former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member looked nearly unrecognizable in throwback photos she shared in honor of her daughter's birthday on Thursday.

Kim Zolciak took to Instagram to celebrate Ariana Biermann's 23rd birthday with a heartwarming photo carousel, showcasing her stunning family through the years.

The 46-year-old reality star, who has been candid about her cosmetic enhancements— including breast implants, tummy tucks, and fillers —looked just as radiant in the old photos as she does today, posing alongside a toddler-aged Ariana.

In a more recent snap, Kim flaunts her fit figure in a skimpy bikini while holding hands with a grown-up, bikini-clad Ariana, both soaking up the sun on a gorgeous beach.

'I could not be more proud of the woman you have become,' Kim captioned the snaps. 'Ariana your strength, your tenacity, your wisdom, your faith in God, your zest for life, your passion, your loving ways.. all this and so much more truly amazes me daily.'

She continued to gush: 'I'm so proud of you and all you have accomplished thus far. I always knew you would go far in life (BUT WHY NYC ) lol I knew whatever you put your mind too you would achieve.

'It's been really hard to let you go but SO INCREDIBLE to see you soar. I love you to the moon and back a million times. The door is always opened if you ever want to move back in, cheers to a million more birthdays.'

Back in March, Kim uploaded a video showing her getting fillers and Botox at a medical spa in Atlanta.

'Today we addressed the severe tension in my shoulders, treated some of my wrinkles and refreshened my lips,' she said in the recording, which showed her looking relaxed as she underwent her procedure.

She went on to express gratitude for her aesthetic injector, Helen Zhang, at Charette Cosmetics for making her 'feel better than ever.'

In 2015, she posted a bikini photo, praising her recent breast surgery and writing , 'I'm so thankful for my tatas that did !!! I breastfed allllll 6 of my babies and he turned them back into my 16yr old tatas if not better!! They don't call the 'boob God' for nothing.'

The birthday tribute comes after Kim filed a motion accusing Kroy Biermann of spying on her in their home, as their increasingly messy divorce takes another dramatic turn.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, who's been the subject of recent dating rumors with Chet Hanks , filed a motion on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy, according to TMZ on Thursday.

She's now asking the court to step in and help retrieve her personal belongings.

Although the motion is sealed, sources from the outlet report that Kim is alleging Kroy monitored her movements within the house.

In one bizarre incident, she alleges she found him unconscious in her closet after trying to spy on her.

Previously, a judge ruled Kim to stay in the basement/nanny quarters of the couple's Georgia home, while the former NFL star will be upstairs in the primary bedroom.

But now, Kim is calling foul, claiming Kroy has been sneaking into her private space while she was out and even removed the security cameras she set up to keep him at bay, according to the insider.

Zolciak's latest motion isn't about kicking Kroy out of their shared home; instead, she's looking to get her personal belongings back, which she says he's been holding hostage.

Plus, she wants the court to stop him from swiping any more of her stuff, including some personal notes she thinks he might have already seen.

This drama isn't new, either. Zolciak has made similar accusations against her estranged husband before, claiming back in January and May that he had taken her phone and other personal items. T

The tension between these two has been simmering for months, with Zolciak even calling the police in May after claiming Kroy snatched her phone and locked himself in the master bedroom.

On the July premiere of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets , Kim broke down in tears discussing the divorce.

She teared up during a 'screaming therapy' session on the MTV reality show.

'As I'm breathing, I'm just crying and crying and crying, and I need this, I really do,' the star said in a confessional.

She then admitted to her castmates — Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco — that she's a 'f***ing basket case' due to her lack of support at home.

'I protect everybody else and I don't feel like anybody's really protecting me, from my parents to my husband,' Kim explained.

The Tardy to the Party vet shares Brielle, 27, Ariana, 22, KJ, 13, Kash, 11, and 10-year-old twins Kaia and Kane with Kroy.

Meanwhile, amid their tumultuous split and financial troubles, Kim and Kroy are scheduled to face each other in a divorce trial later this November.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that their divorce trial is set for November 5-6 at Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.

However, Zolciak and Biermann have the chance to resolve their issues through mediation in the meantime.

If they can't reach an agreement by September 25, the estranged couple will proceed to trial in November, according to the outlet.

Over one year earlier in May 2023, The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum officially filed for divorce from Kroy after the two tied the knot in 2011.

The news of Kim and Kroy's separation came as a shock, exacerbated by their financial troubles, including a reported $1.1 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS .

In July 2023, Kim briefly called off the divorce as they tried to mend their relationship.

However, Kroy filed for divorce again in August, citing that the marriage was 'irretrievably broken .'

Recently, it was reported that Kim is being considered for a new reality TV show, which could earn her a $1 million payout .

She might appear on a Hulu series called Got To Get Out, alongside fellow RHOA star Cynthia Bailey .

The show will feature both celebrities and non-celebrities competing for a $1 million cash prize.
