Experience ‘A Taste of Ireland’ this weekend at the Embassy Theatre

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Irish culture and an artsy performance is hitting the stage this weekend.

An off-Broadway show, "A Taste of Ireland -" is heading to the Embassy Theatre in Downtown Fort Wayne on Saturday, November 9.

The show is touring stages across the nation this fall. Once the U.S. shows are finalized, the show will set sail internationally.

Experiences of Irish culture, music, tradition and dance is taking over the floor before the Embassy Theatre prepares for their Holiday programs starting November 16.

A merge of storytelling with live singing and dancing from young performers is meant to create a modern energy, said Embassy's Carly Myers.

The support from attendees helps fund the historic theatre's programs such as "A Taste of Ireland" and key services.

Leaders said it's a great opportunity to bring a show that's happening all over the world to a Fort Wayne audience.

The program is strictly limited throughout the country before taking off overseas.

Tickets are on sale for a seat for the show through

Ticket prices range from the lowest of $35 - premium sales of $65.

Doors open for ticketholders at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. and lasts until 9:20 p.m.
