As mentioned above, the Falcons received some positive news on Thursday as safety Justin Simmons was upgraded to being limited in practice. Simmons missed Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury. Aside from that, not much of a change to today's report, and Troy Andersen does not appear to be trending toward playing Sunday.

Seattle, however, had a bunch of changes to their injury report on Thursday. Receiver Tyler Lockett has appeared on it for the first time this week with what the team is calling a knee injury. It's unclear when this occurred since he was not listed on Wednesday. We'll have a better idea of the health of both teams following Friday's important practice.
