Fantasy Football Big Board: Complete 2023 PPR Player Rankings for Week 13

- Leslie Plaza Johnson/Icon Sportswire via For the most part, the usual suspects are atop the wide receiver leaderboard this season. Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins, CeeDee Lamb of the Dallas Cowboys, Stefon Diggs of the Buffalo Bills, Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit Lions and A.J. Brown of the Philadelphia Eagles are all names we expected to see at or near the top. But there's one name that has charged up the board over the past month that not many fantasy managers expected to see in 2023—Nathaniel "Tank" Dell of the Houston Texans. C.J. Stroud has been a revelation in Houston as a rookie, and over the past several weeks, he and Dell have developed quite the rapport. In each of the past four games, Dell has caught at least five passes, amassed at least 50 receiving yards and found the end zone. Over that four-game span, only Lamb and Keenan Allen of the Los Angeles Chargers have more PPR points among wide receivers. Dell is one of three rookie wideouts in the top-20 in PPR points after 12 weeks, joining Puka Nacua of the Los Angeles Rams and Jordan Addison of the Minnesota Vikings. It's been quite the season for first-year players.GOOD MATCHUPSMichael Pittman, Indianapolis Colts (at TEN) [DraftKings DFS Value: $7,100] Pittman has been robotically consistent of late—he has at least eight catches in five of his past six games and double-digit targets in four of those contests. The Titans have struggled defending the pass this season, allowing the sixth-most PPR points per game to wide receivers.Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers (at PHI) [DraftKings DFS Value: $6,200] Samuel had one of his better games of the season last week, turning 11 touches into 94 yards and a touchdown. This week, he and the 49ers take on an Eagles defense that leads the league in PPR points per game allowed to wideouts.BAD MATCHUPSMike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. CAR) [DraftKings DFS Value: $7,700] Concerns about how Evans would fare with Baker Mayfield were overblown, as the veteran receiver ranks ninth in PPR points at his position. However, while the Panthers have been a terrible team, they have also been a surprisingly poor fantasy matchup for wideouts. They're allowing the fourth-fewest PPR points per game to the position.Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams (vs. CLE) [DraftKings DFS Value: $7,000] Saying anything at all bad about Nacua is good way to get the fantasy community to hurl tomatoes in your direction. But while the rookie has been fantastic, there's no denying that his matchup with Cleveland's top-ranked pass defense is a bad one.Curtis Samuel, Washington (vs. MIA) [DraftKings DFS Value: $4,100] Samuel was Washington's most effective wide receiver in the team's blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving, tallying nine catches for 100 yards. The Commanders are going to have to throw the ball to have any chance against Miami. (OK, they don't really have a chance against Miami.)
