In addition to housing works for sale from more than xx artists, the multi-use space is designed to be a home for artists, makers, dreamers, doers, and creators who create unapologetically. Artists who are thinking of renting space can even join in for collective shows while the community can join in on regular events and workshops hosted in the dynamic space.

A rising pillar in Lancaster's vibrant arts scene, Lancaster Art Vault is a unique gem that has transformed the corner of Queen and Orange streets into a destination for art lovers and collectors. One key feature that makes it so special is the perimeter of private artist studios outlining the stunning gallery space. Resident artists are part of a talented collective with access to shared gallery space, photo studios, classroom space, and support from owner and manager Victoria Abadir. In addition to LAV's Resident Artists, Victoria curates rotating gallery shows featuring guest artists each month so there is always something new to see.

Situated on the third floor of 44 North Christian Street, Third Story Art features private studios, communal workspace, and an art gallery. For founders Leah Fox and Stephanie Gibson, making art has been an essential act of self-care so they wanted to create a haven where local artists can find community while encouraging art making and providing a venue for exhibition.

When owners Josh Gibbel and Rufus Deakin bought the former St. Peter's United Church of Christ in 2023, they had a vision to create a community center that celebrated Lancaster City's art, music, and theater scenes. With two large, multi-purpose event spaces including City Hall, a large space on the first floor that hosts concerts and larger parties, and the Sanctuary, which hosts intimate performances, theater shows, private events, and more, West Art wants to be a living room for Lancaster—encouraging the community to gather, be entertained, and learn something new.
