FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Allen County Coroner's Office released the findings of Cody Rose's autopsy on Tuesday. The remains of 33-year-old Cody Rose were discovered along I-469 back in March . He was first reported missing in April of 2022. A press release from the Coroner's office listed the cause and manner of death as undetermined. According to Deputy Coroner Toni Mayes, that's because his body was too decomposed when it was found. Deputy Mayes explained that autopsies can still be performed on skeletal remains, but they have a limited ability to uncover the cause and manner of death. The investigation into Rose's death remains open and anyone with information is asked to contact the Allen County Sheriff's Department or Coroner's office.
