Great news! Do you operate a food truck in Philadelphia?

The Department of Commerce, Office of Business Development's Nighttime Economy Unit in partnership with the Fishtown District is excited to announce the launch of the Overnight Food Truck Market.

The Overnight Food Truck Market in Fishtown will operate starting October 3, 2024 on a weekly basis from Thursdays to Sundays until November 3, 2024.

Food Truck Eligibility

Have an approved Mobile Food Business Plan review from the Department of Health

Obtain general liability insurance for the festival and submit a copy of insurance listing Fishtown District as additional insured ahead of their scheduled weekend.

Be located in Philadelphia.

Have a food license and a vendor motor vehicle license

Have all required federal, state, and local licenses and permits to legally operate.

Be in compliance with all local, state, and federal taxes (or on an approved payment plan or in the process of getting on an approved payment plan).

Registration priority will be given to minority-owned food trucks as well as licensed trucks that may have been displaced from the area in and around Frankford & Girard Ave.

October 17, 2024 to October 20, 2024
