Football Frenzy: Where we’ll be for regional finals

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A win Friday night will earn high school football teams a regional title and put them just one game away from a trip to Ford Field.

Frenzy crews are heading out to these matchups:

  • Division 2: Portage Central at Byron Center
  • Division 3: Forest Hills Central at Zeeland West
  • Division 4: Grand Rapids South Christian at Whitehall
  • Division 5: Kalamazoo United at Grand Rapids Catholic Central
  • Division 6: Boyne City at Reed City

    • There are more regional finals on Saturday. This week's winners advance to state semifinals next week.

    News 8 will also have highlights Friday from the Grand Rapids Griffins, as well as Western Michigan hockey and basketball.
