Football Friday Night’s Play of the Year: Vote in Round 2 of eliminations

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - It's Football Friday Night, and we have reached that time... time to decide on our Play of the Year.

For the last few months, you have cast a vote each week for your favorite play. Now, each of those winners is competing for the ultimate title: The WCTV Play of the Year.

We started off with 11 plays. Last week, we eliminated three. Each week, we will eliminate plays, until one, our Play of the Year remains.

On Monday, November 18, we will recap the top eight plays in our 11 p.m. broadcast. You can begin voting for your favorite at 11:45 p.m. Voting will close on Friday, November 22 at 7 p.m., and during our 11 p.m. broadcast, we'll announce the three plays that had the total votes. Those three will be eliminated.

We'll whittle down plays each week until we reach our Play of the Year, which we will unveil on Thursday, December 12.
