Q: Why did you want to start this kind of business, and how did you get your start?

A: I've been a sonographer for almost 10 years now and absolutely love what I do. In 2020, like most medical people, I was laid off from my hospital job due to the pandemic. But the timing could not have been worse because I was pregnant with twins. I was high risk and attending every appointment alone. I knew there had to be a better way, which is why on my maternity leave from the twins, I opened a mobile business and visited families' homes with a small ultrasound machine so everyone could see the baby together. The business was so successful and we helped so many families stay together during that time. We eventually got busy enough to open our first physical location in Berwick, Pennsylvania, and after that location's success, we opened our second one in Camp Hill.

Q: What does your business sell or provide?

A: We provide elective ultrasound for expecting moms and their families. They can come in and view their baby at every trimester of pregnancy for peace of mind, a bonding experience and to allow family to be apart of the pregnancy.

Q: What is the biggest challenge you are facing right now?

A: Further reaching moms who could use our service.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do or place in Cumberland County?

A: I love this area. There's always something new or exciting going on; for example, I try to find a new place to eat every time I'm in town. There are so many wonderful places to try, and the area seems perfect for families.
