A Fort Myers man is wanted for violating probation on burglary charges.According to Southwest Flordia Crime Stoppers, Kirby Henry, 37, violated his probation after his latest arrest for burglary. The Fort Myers Police Department found Henry at 1 a.m. in a car dealership parking lot. Henry ran off to a nearby apartment complex.Crime Stoppers said Henry was arrested and spent eight months in jail. He was released earlier this year on terms of probation, which he violated in October. Henry has 17 bookings with charges of battery, grand theft auto, burglary, drugs, resisting, obstruction and failure to pay child support, according to Crime Stoppers.He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 220 pounds, and was last known to be living in Dunbar.
