Four in hospital after crashing head-on near Pacific Junction

MILLS COUNTY, Neb. (WOWT) - Three adults and one juvenile are in the hospital following a crash near Pacific Junction.

The crash happened on Sunday just after noon on Highway 34 at the I-29 exit.

According to the report, a 2023 Honda Accord was exiting off northbound I-29 onto Highway 34. The Honda turned westbound onto the eastbound lanes of Highway 34 and struck a 2006 GMC Yukon head-on.

Two people in the Honda and two people in the Yukon, one of them a juvenile, were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Two of the injured adults are from Glenwood, Iowa, a 40-year-old and a 34-year-old. The other injured adult is from South Dakota, according to the report.

Minor injuries were sustained form three more occupants in the Yukon, the report states.
