eraldine Hall Charnichko, of Church Street, Dunmore and formerly of
Tunkhannock, died Tuesday at Mercy Hospital in Scranton.



Born in Tunkhannock on July 2, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Harry
and Mabel (Fargo) Johnson. Prior to retirement she worked for the Endicott
Johnson Shoe Factory in Tunkhannock and as a waitress at the Cross Country
Restaurant.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Hall.

Surviving are her husband of 13 years, Nicholas Charnichko; son, Frank Hall
Jr., New Albany; daughters, Mabel Talpas, Kingston and Carol McGeorge,
Tunkhannock; four grandchildren; brothers, Arthur Johnson, Tunkhannock; Harry
Johnson, Cincinnati, Ohio; William and Charles Johnson, both of Harrisburg;
Clifford Johnson, Jessup; sister, Edna Belcher, Johnson City, N.Y.; and
several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services were held Sunday in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock at the
convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Moses Taylor
Hospital Dialysis Unit, Moses Taylor Hospital, 700 Quincy Ave., Scranton

Tunkhannock.
