No. 2 Immaculate Heart 2, Passaic Tech 1 (25-13, 19-25, 25-9)

IHA improved to 6-0 on Thursday, but not without a fight from Passaic Tech. The Bulldogs handed IHA their first set-loss of the season, but the Blue Eagles showed their might in the closing frame.

Julia Sobilo had one of the more impressive stat lines, powering to 16 kills, 15 assists, six digs and three aces. Her marks in kills and assists are both a career-high, which is quite to rare accomplish in the same contest.

Alessandra Nazor also contributed, logging 19 assists, nine kills and six digs. Magge Polchin helped with 15 digs, giving her over 100 for her career.

No. 6 Old Tappan 2, Northern Highlands 0 (25-22, 25-18)

Old Tappan picked up win No. 6 against a tough Highlanders team to remain undefeated. Samantha Kranzler pummeled 14 kills, marking her fourth straight match with 10-plus kills, and five overall in 2024.

Jamie Kim notched a dozen digs alongside 19 assists from Addison Gioffre, who is 15 away from 600 for her career.

No. 7 Morristown 2, Montville 0 (25-21, 25-20)

The Colonials jumped to 4-1 this season, locking all four wins in the NJAC American Division. On Thursday, Hailey Atkins recorded the 500th dig of her career after posting five against Montville, alongside five kills and an ace.

Gwen Atkins added five kills, seven assists, seven digs and an ace, while Bella Stephan ripped six assists, five digs and Ashley Padilla went for six digs, five assists.

No. 8 Union Catholic 2, No. 9 Westfield 0 (25-12, 25-16)

The Vikings rattle off another huge win, downing the reigning Union County champions to improve to 8-0.

Rachel Williams popped off for 11 kills and Ryan Gorski added eight kills, nine digs and three aces.

No. 12 Secaucus 2, Rutherford 0 (26-24, 25-14)

The Patriots fended off a tough Bulldogs squad in the opening set to navigate a smoother closing frame, improving to 8-0 this season.

Sofia Guzman was all over the court, generating eight kills, three digs and three aces. Sarah Veloz dished out 15 assists and Olivia Jasiczek pummeled seven kills.

No. 15 Old Bridge 2, East Brunswick 0 (25-21, 25-16)

Winning their ninth match of the season, the Knights have nabbed their third straight victory. Each win has come in straight sets this season, including Thursday's contest, which was led by Ashley Markle's seven kills.

No. 16 Gov. Livingston 2, Summit 0 (25-22, 25-11)

The Highlanders jumped to 7-1, winning their seventh straight match. Abby Kim led with 11 kills, seven digs and three aces. She now has 100 career aces.

No. 17 Pascack Valley 2, Holy Angels 0 (25-11, 25-13)

Addison Demyen's eight kills are a season-high, leading PV to a win and jumping them to 5-1. Jillian Feeley added seven kills and Celia Torres crashed 20 assists and five aces.

Woodbridge 2, No. 14 Monroe 0 (25-22, 25-21)

Woodbridge (4-3) fended off Monroe for the upset victory behind 17 kills from Ashley Torok, who has gone for 15-plus kills four times this season.

Kylie Rackett added 26 assists and seven digs alongside 10 digs and six kills from Marissa Martinez.
