Gogglebox's Matty and Sarah Fahd reveal how much their lives have changed since having kids with wistful throwback photo: 'Nice tans and good abs'

Gogglebox Australia fan-favourites Matty and Sarah Marie Fahd shared a stunning pre-parenthood snap that showed off their bronzed beach bodies.

The couple took to Instagram on Tuesday with a nostalgic post.

'Pre-kids, nice tan and good abs, not quite knowing our lives would change for the better with our two beautiful boys,' they captioned it.

The picture captured Matty, 36, and Sarah Marie, 37, sitting together on a sandy patch, looking gorgeous and blissfully carefree.

Matty, sported a toned physique, flashed a charming smile as he leant towards Sarah Marie.

Wearing a white bikini with black-and-white striped bottoms, Sarah Marie looked radiant, with her long, wavy hair cascading around her shoulders.

The couple's followers were quick to flood the comments section with admiration.

One fan wrote, 'Wow, you two look amazing and still do after two boys. Your wife is stunning!'

Another fan seemed momentarily taken aback by the image's timeless quality, commenting, 'I thought this was current.'

It's clear that the pair have maintained their good looks and charm despite the busy life that comes with parenthood.

Sarah and Matty began dating in 2014 and tied the knot four years later in 2018.

The couple then welcomed their first son Malik in November 2019.

Their second son Lyon came in May 2023, with the pair announcing his birth on Instagram alongside a carousel of photos.

The series of snaps displayed a radiant Sarah posing cheek-to-cheek with newborn Lyon, as well as tender moments of her cradling the baby boy in her hospital bed.

Sarah and Matty captioned the images with moving words, revealing they plan on loving Lyon 'until the end of time'.
