Granite Ridge Builders brings a luxury, new model home to Shadow Creek

HUNTERTOWN, Ind. (WPTA) - A glamourous three-story build is a sight to see in the Shadow Creek subdivision.

Granite Ridge Builders introduces their newest model home, "The Monaco" to Huntertown. The home is about $4 million, including luxury features and modern designs.

Granite Ridge Builders leaders said they intended to implement key touches to make guests entering the doors as if they could see themselves living there.

The home is nearly 10,000 square feet, with five bedrooms, a finished basement and 7.5 bathrooms. It captures a modern European chateauesque style.

Leaders said they thought through the smallest details and touches they have implemented.

"The Monaco" welcomes the public to tour and learn more about what it holds at the door. Granite Ridge Builders team invites anyone to stop in for open hours. They said the feedback from their first showing is the reason they have extended open house dates for another week.

From Saturday, November 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, November 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the public can stop by and check out what the home has to offer.
