Greater Longview United Way kicks off 78th annual campaign
LONGVIEW, Texas ( KETK ) – The Greater Longview United Way kicked off their annual 78th annual giving campaign on Thursday, with the goal of raising over $1 million this year.

"Being here today just shows how the community has invested in us, and we're able to strive to meet our goal of raising $1.1 million to give back to the community. The money stays here locally and it goes to those amazing nonprofits," said Dr. Evan Dolive, the executive director of the Greater Longview United Way.
The kick-off event showcased their work from the past year while looking forward to the money they'll be raising for the 19 nonprofits and 32 programs they serve.
