Greenville Trader Joe’s now set to open Nov. 14th

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — There was speculation that the new Trader Joe's that is coming to Greenville would be open sometime this week. However, the store will now be opening Thursday, Nov. 14, at 9 a.m.

The popular grocery store chain will be inside the Lynncroft Shopping Center off Evans Street and Greenville Boulevard.

"We are super excited to be here, it is Greenville's first Trader Joe's, been waiting for years to come to Greenville, North Carolina," Captain of Trader Joe's in Greenville Tonia Gebhart said. "And yeah, we're waiting to welcome everybody in and celebrate next Thursday."

The closest store to Greenville is either Wilmington or Raleigh, so many Trader Joe's fans have been waiting for one to open closer to home for quite a long time.
