"I guarantee we'll have a grocery store at some point."Point Park University has pledged to build a state-of-the-art 2,000-seat community event center to host live entertainment.It is designed to be a multi-purpose entertainment feature connecting the Cultural District to the south end of Downtown near the Boulevard of the Allies, "there's an opportunity with this downtown community event center, we're making a major play in live entertainment," says Point Park University President, Chris Brussels.Stakeholders expect the Renaissance vision to become a reality within the next five years and continue to evolve for the next several years.
