Gulf Coast State College named of the best colleges for veterans
BAY COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – A local college is receiving recognition for the support they offer to members of our military.
Gulf Coast State College has been named one of the best colleges for veterans in the Military Times' "Best for Vets: Colleges 2024" report.
In order to receive this designation, officials survey hundreds of colleges and universities on their policies related to military and veteran students, academic outcomes, and military-supportive cultures among other factors.
