PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – Gulf Coast State girl's volleyball headed to Cedar Rapids, Iowa for nationals.

After losing in the state championship the Commodores went this past week of practice preparing for nationals, knowing for some it was the last time they stepped on the court.

Freshman, Riley Warren said "(losing the championship), it was probably probably the most eye opening moment for the team because like we know we can do it and we know we can dominate."

Head Coach Scott Allen said he wants his team to know, "this is it".

He expects them to leave it all on the court.
