Gwyneth Paltrow shared a kiss with husband Brad Falchuk while celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary.

On Sunday, the Academy Award-winning actress paid tribute to her husband and their marriage by posting the loved-up photo on to Instagram with the simple caption: '6,' which comes exactly six years to the day of their nuptials in The Hamptons.

The couple are relaxing on a surfboard together as they share their sweet smooch, with Paltrow's back to the camera dressed in a black bikini.

The Goop founder had her right arm wrapped around her husband's neck while they both seemed to be fully engrossed in the romantic moment.

Falchuk can be seen holding a paddle with both of his feet in the water as he leans in for the kiss.

While it's not known where this was taken, it appears as though they're soaking up the fun in the sun on a lake or river.

Paltrow met Falchuk in 2010 when she appeared on the hit the television musical series Glee, which he co-created and produced.

They would reconnect in the ladder part of 2014, after her split from first husband and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and eventually go public with their relationship in April 2015.

Palrow and Falchuk went on to tie-the-knot during an intimate ceremony attended by 70 family and friends in The Hamptons neighborhood of Long Island, New York.

The couple came into the relationship having had to navigate the blended family route, considering they both had two children from heir first marriages.

In fact, the Shakespeare In Love star confessed the blending of the two families has been a work in progress.

Paltrow co-parents her daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18, with ex-husband Chris Martin, 47, while Falchuk has daughter Isabella, 20, and son Brody, 17, from his previous marriage to Suzanne Bukinik, 54, whom he divorced in 2013 after about 11 years of marriage.

'It's hard, and it's not intuitive, and nobody tells you how to do it. You just stick with it," Paltrow said of hard work it took in merging their families. 'Now it's one of the things that brings me the most happiness in my life.'

Gwyneth Paltrow has come a long way since the days when she didn't think she'd ever find love again following her split and divorce from Chris Martin.

The actress, who admitted her amicable split from Martin in 2014 after a decade of marriage was 'hard to swallow', had thought she might never experience another special romance in her lifetime.

'It was great to fall in love again at a mature age. It was a wonderful surprise and I didn't necessarily think that it would happen for me and I got very, very, very lucky – very lucky,' the entrepreneur and businesswoman revealed to Heat! magazine two years after her wedding.

'So I'm very, very grateful and I think when it happens to you when you're a bit older in life you place a value and an importance on it that you don't do when you're in your 20s because you don't know the difference at that age.'

After having stepped back from her wildly successful career in acting, with limited on-screen work in recent years to focus on her lifestyle company, Goop, Paltrow is set to star in Josh Safdie's upcoming movie Marty Supreme, starring Timothée Chalamet.

The shoot for the sports drama only just recently started in New York City, and will likely go on for another couple of months or more.

This marks her first major film role since starring in the superhero flick Avengers: Endgame (2019) five years ago.

During the time she scaled back her acting roles she did lend her voice to an episode of her husband's American Horror Stories (2023), and made an uncredited cameo in the biopic She Said (2022).

Falchuk is best known for co-creating with Ryan Murphy on a number of television productions such as Glee (2009-2015), American Horror Story (2011-present), Scream Queens (2015-2016), Pose (2018-2021), The Politician (2019-2020), 9-1-1: Lone Star (2020-present), American Horror Stories (2021-present) , and The Brothers Sun (2024).
