Harry Potter-themed event to return to downtown Savannah
SAVANNAH, Ga (WSAV) — Children and their grown-ups will be immersed in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) activities inspired by the Harry Potter books and movies next month.
The Coastal Heritage Society (CHS) is bringing back its popular event, "Frogwarts: A Magical Adventure."
Community Corner: 12th Annual 2024 Hopeful Horizons Race4Love
It's taking place in downtown Savannah at the Georgia State Railroad Museum and the neighboring Savannah Children's Museum on Sunday, Oct. 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Organizers say STEAM activities, like chemistry, biology and art will be a big part of the event. For example, there will be wand-making and guests can take a ride on the "Frogwarts Express."
Tickets are $15 for CHS members and $17 for non-members.
