A resident from Hearne, Texas, is about to live in the lap of luxury after hitting bit on a scratch ticket game.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, claimed a top prize-winning ticket worth $5 million in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game Luxe . The winning ticket was purchased at an H-E-B grocery store, located at the Quickpump gas station, located at 102 S. Market St., in Hearne.

Hearne is a city in Robertson County, Texas, located about 65 miles southeast of Waco. The population of the city is 4,544, according to 2020 U.S. Census data .

This was the second of four top prizes worth $5 million to be claimed in this game. A Dallas-area resident claimed the first top prize-winning ticket in March. In addition to the two remaining top-prize tickets still up for grabs, there are also 86 second-prize tickets worth $10,000 each that have yet to be claimed.

Luxe, which costs $50 per ticket, offers more than $236.7 million in total prizes. Main game play consists of a board that has 35 numbers that players try to match to seven winning numbers. There also are three additional "bonus play" scratch areas that offer a chance to win even more money. Prize amounts for the game are $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000, $10,000 and the top prize of $5 million.

The odds of winning the $5 million top prize are 1-in-1.5 million. Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are 1-in-3.48, including break-even prizes.
