Hillsborough County Opens Third Multi-Agency Resource Center For Hurricane Recovery

la. – Hillsborough County is expanding its support for residents impacted by Hurricanes Milton, Helene, and Debby with the opening of a third Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC). This new MARC, located at the Ruskin Tax Collector's Office (406 30th St SE, Ruskin, FL 33570), will be open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, starting Saturday, October 19th.

The MARC provides a central location for individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits to access a wide range of recovery resources and assistance.

Staff from federal, state, and regional agencies, as well as non-profit organizations, will be on hand to help with:

  • Completing applications for aid
  • Finding available resources
  • Connecting with support services
  • Other MARC Locations:

    Two other MARCs are already operating in Hillsborough County:

  • Town 'N Country Regional Public Library (7606 Paula Dr. No. 120, Tampa): Open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Florida Strawberry Festival TECO Expo Hall (2301 W. Oak Ave., Plant City): Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    In addition to the MARCs, Hillsborough County has created a webpage with a comprehensive list of recovery resources: HCFL.gov/StormRecovery.

    This expansion of support services aims to ensure that all impacted residents have access to the help they need to recover and rebuild after the devastating hurricanes.
