Hockenbury sets school mark in win

LEHMAN TWP. — Dominic Hockenbury picked up where he left off at the Shippensburg Track and Field Invitational on Saturday.
The Lake-Lehman junior set a school record in the 3,200 with a time of 9:22.61. Hockenbury scored wins in the 1,600 and 3,200 to help the Black Knights get past Hanover Area 92.5-48.5 in WVC boys track and field Monday.
Matt Edkins also took the victory in the 300 hurdles for Lake-Lehman.

Holy Redeemer 86, Meyers 53
The Royals took 10 events in their victory over the Mohawks.
Lake-Lehman 93, Hanover Area 56
The Black Knights won 12 events in their triumph over the Hawkeyes.
Holy Redeemer 108, Meyers 13
Olivia Gregorio took victories in the 800 and 1,600 to propel the Royals over the Mohawks.
Redeemer took 13 events in the victory.

MMI Prep 3, Pittston Area 2
Trent and Tyler Woodruff picked up singles wins for the Patriots, but the Preppers rallied to take the match.
Jonathan Smith rallied from a set down to win his singles match for MMI Prep.
Hazleton Area 5, Wyoming Area 0
A dominant second set from Mauro Notaro in a 7-5, 6-0 victory at No. 3 singles lifted the Cougars to a sweep of their match with the Warriors.
Dallas 5, Coughlin 0
Cameron Tuck claimed a dramatic three-set victory over Mike Klimek, with each set finishing 7-5, to help the Mountaineers to the sweep. Klimek won the second set.
Tunkhannock 4, Holy Redeemer 1
The Tigers swept doubles play, with Gerard Mirabelli and Patrick Cronin taking 12 of 16 games in their victory.
