How Kim Kardashian championed the latex fashion with her array of VERY raunchy jaw-dropping ensembles as Maya Jama and AJ Odudu follow in the reality star's footsteps

She has never been afraid to push the boundaries with her racy figure-flaunting ensembles.

And over the year's Kim Kardashian has proved she is a number one fan of latex after showcasing a number of racy looks throughout her career.

The trend is showing no sign of slowing down as Maya Jama and AJ Odudu have become the latest celebrity to send pulses racing in a their latex numbers.

Kim, 43, first debuted her love of latex back in 2015 as she championed the wet-leather look for a fragrance launch in Australia.

Wearing a blush pink strapless midi dress by designer Atsuko Kudo, Kim put on a very busty display in the ensemble as she began building her latex wardrobe.

Later the star slipped into a latex black bodice at the GQ Woman Of The Year awards in September 2015 and to watch husband Kanye West perform at Made In America that summer.

Even pregnant Kim still made sure to show off her curves as she squeezed herself into another skintight dress by Atsuko Kudo to promote an energy drink in Nashville, Tennessee.

Speaking to MailOnline about Kim's latex ensembles at the time the brand's managing director, Simon Hoare, said: 'Latex fits so much to the body that to the naked eye it's very difficult to tell if it's a top and a skirt, or a dress.'

Kim's skin-tight outfit appears to leave little room for underwear, and Simon admitted it generally looks better if the wearer does go sans pants.

'It's probably better without if you can manage it – but I'd have to leave that up to the lady in question'.

The co-founder of the label said that they have met with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star to discuss her beloved latex outfits.

'We have met Kim and chatted about what she likes,' he confirmed.

'Atsko designs with 100 per cent the female body in mind, and of course Kim is just embodying the feminine shape right now. [The outfits] are very feminine and very empowering.'

Later in 2017 Kim paired her silver tresses with a PVC black strapless ensemble for the Tom Ford show at New York Fashion Week in 2018.

In 2022 Kim wowed again as she turned heads at The Kardashians premiere in a metallic silver gown.

The latex dress was exclusively designed by famed French fashion creator Manfred Thierry Mugler shortly before he passed away in January of that year.

Kim featured in a Balenciaga campaign as she showcased her signature curves in a black latex dress in their 2023 show.

But while it may look good, it isn't always the easiest material to climb into and Kim struggled to squeeze into her iconic brown latex outfit for Paris Fashion Week in 2020.

In the hilarious video Kim cries out as she is helped by two others while trying to pull up the latex trousers as she fears she has ripped the ensemble.

And stars are following in Kim's footsteps as Maya Jama turned up the heat in her sexiest outfit yet as she returned to the Love Island villa in a preview for Thursday's episode.

The presenter, 29, showcased her incredible curves in a skin-tight red dress which reached just above her ankle and featured a sexy split.

The star of the dress was its straps which were designed to resemble flames and only just held up Maya's cleavage.

Maya isn't the only British presenter showing her love for latex after Big Brother host AJ Odudu posed up a storm in an array of skin tight outfits during the live shows.

The star posed up a storm in a electric blue jumpsuit, however according to reports the ensemble was so tight she had to use lube to slide into it.

A crowd whistleblower told The Sun : 'First, a producer said she had to be lubed up to get into [the catsuit] and then her extra long wig kept getting caught on the legs with static.'

Bringing the latex back for Celebrity Big Brother in March , AJ sent temperatures soaring in a skin-tight brown latex dress.

The tight ensemble hugged every inch of her jaw-dropping figure and boasted a very racy thigh-high split which perfectly showcased her long toned legs.
