The Orange are flying high through their 2-0 start, which most recently featured a 31-28 ranked win over No. 23 Georgia Tech. Ohio State transfer quarterback Kyle McCord threw for 381 yards and four touchdowns in the win after going for 354 yards and four scores against Ohio in a 38-22 victory in his Syracuse debut.

Stanford won its first game of the 2024 season last week, 41-7 over Cal Poly, after falling to TCU, 34-27, in its season opener. The Cardinal were methodical in last week's win over the Mustangs, churning out 119 rushing yards while holding Cal Poly to 25. Quarterback Ashton Daniels had a big day through the air, completing 19 of 23 passes for 221 yards, two touchdowns and no turnovers.
