How to watch Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Indianapolis Colts: NFL Week 12 Game Time and Channel

Playoff hopes are still there for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts, but a win this week can boost the hopes for one of them. They meet at 1 p.m. Eastern on Sunday from Lucas Oil Stadium on CBS .

The teams face off as part of Week 12 of the NFL season, which began with big plate of holiday games on Thursday and Friday, before a second helping Sunday of games to stream and watch.

Buccaneers vs. Colts matchup preview

Tampa Bay (4-6) could find itself with a share of first place in the NFC South if they win Sunday at Indianapolis (5-5) and if the Atlanta Falcons (4-6) win their contest against the New Orleans Saints (5-5).

The Colts are looking up to the Jacksonville Jaguars (7-3) and Houston Texans (6-4) in the AFC South, and those two meet Sunday. But Indianapolis has much work to do beyond this weekend.

They are coming off a bye with optimism as one of the league’s surprise teams, overcoming a season-ending injury to Anthony Richardson. Backup quarterback Gardner Minshew has stepped up in his place and is 3-3 as a starter.

Tampa, meanwhile, has lost five of its last six games.

Injuries of note

Tampa Bay cornerback Carlton Davis (hip) and linebacker Lavonte David (groin) left the second half of their 27-14 loss last week to San Francisco.

Players to watch

The Bucs’ struggles have come with Baker Mayfield at quarterback . He led them to a 3-1 start, including a season-high three touchdown passes in early October to beat New Orleans. While the Bucs haven’t had much overall success since then, Mayfield is still completing 64.6 percent of his passes for 2,389 yards and 15 TDs to six interceptions.

Indianapolis’ pass rush could cause problems, as the Colts are one of the league’s better teams in sacks, strip sacks and fumble recoveries. Dayo Odeyingbo leads them with six sacks.

Former NFL rushing champ Jonathan Taylor and Zack Moss are a tandem that could pound the ground for the Colts. Moss’ 617 yards ranks in the top 10 in the league. He was No. 2 before Taylor ended his contract dispute with the team. Talor has 323 yards, but is looking for his first touchdown after six games.
