Huntsville makes another “best place” list

Aspiring small business owners are more likely to thrive in Huntsville than most other cities in the nation, according to a new ranking of entrepreneurship potential across 136 metro areas. The Rocket City made No. 10 in the new market study by the flex workspace listing site CoworkingCafe. It analyzed 136 cities by metrics including GDP, number of business applications and labor costs. Of the top 20 cities, 14 were in the South, including No. 2 Miami and No. 3 Atlanta. Nashville was ranked No. 16. Other Alabama cities in the Top 100 were Montgomery at No. 76; Mobile at No. 80; and Birmingham at No. 94.
