Grammy-winning music artist Leon Bridges is playing three shows at The Continental Club in Austin, Texas, and you're invited to attend.

The shows — which will take place Monday, Sept. 30, Tuesday, Oct. 1, and Wednesday, Oct. 2 — are being held to celebrate the release of Bridges' fourth studio album, "Leon," which is due Friday, Oct. 4, via Columbia Records.

The Continental Club publicly announced the shows via Instagram on Sept. 30. But those who want to attend have a few old-school hoops to jump through.

  • There will be no advance tickets sold to any of Bridges' three shows at The Continental Club, located at 1315 S. Congress Ave., Austin. This means those who want to attend must wait in line for the chance to buy a cash-only ticket at the door.

Doors will open at 8 p.m. local time each night and tickets will be sold for $40 (cash only) at the entrance. Bridges is expected to take the stage at The Continental Club around 10 p.m. each night.

The show on Sept. 30 will feature a DJ set by 2024 ACL Music Fest artist Hermanos Gutiérrez at 9 p.m. The show on Oct. 1 will include an opening performance by La Lom at 9 p.m., and the show on Oct. 2 will feature a live performance by Hermanos Gutiérrez at 9 p.m.

The Continental Club can hold roughly 200 people, so your best bet for snagging tickets is arriving at the venue and waiting in line well before doors open at 8 p.m.

Though Bridges was born in Atlanta, Georgia, his family moved to Fort Worth, Texas, when he was 2 years old.
