NEWTON, Mass. — Amalia Dray, Aislin Streicek and Ava Lung scored in the second half to give the Boston College women's soccer team a 3-1 win over Virginia Tech on Sunday.

Sarah Rosenbaum scored in the first half for the Hokies (7-3-1, 2-1 ACC).

Wiebke Willebrandt had seven saves for BC (9-2-1, 1-1-1).

Annabelle Chukwu scored early in the second half to give the Fighting Irish (7-1-1, 1-0-1 ACC) a win over the host Cavaliers (8-2, 1-2) on Sunday.

Bri Bitz, Ashlynn Mitcham and Amber Nicole Gillen scored to give the host Panthers (7-0) a win over the Cougars (1-2-2) in a nonconference game Saturday night.

Zack Murphy had five saves to enable the Keydets (3-4-1) to tie the Peacocks (0-6-2) on Sunday in Jersey City, N.J.

Noa Boterman scored two goals Sunday to lead the host Cavaliers past the Cardinal (5-3, 0-2 ACC).

UVa is 7-0 overall for the first time since 2013. UVa improved to 2-0 in ACC play.

Grace Vernarelli scored in the second period to give the host Maroons (3-3) a win over Hood (4-3) on Saturday.
