Inside Dina Broadhurst's VERY lavish home: 'Nude' artist gives rare glimpse inside three-bedroom apartment after listing it for $11.5million

'Nude' artist Dina Broadhurst has listed her lavish pad in Sydney 's eastern suburbs for a whopping $11.5million.

The 46-year-old beauty bought the sprawling three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in ritzy Darling Point with her ex Max Shepard in 2022 for $5.2million.

Since then she's renovated the harbourside property into a luxury home studio.

Construction took two years to complete and involved a complete interior demolition, reported the Wentworth Courier on Thursday.

Dina showed off the garden apartments highlights in a video she shared to Instagram this week.

Located a mere 3kms from the CBD, the property features stunning views of nearby Double Bay.

Highlights include vast living spaces, soaring ceilings and a thoughtful open plan design that opens out to a private garden.

There's also a gourmet marble kitchen, oak floors and vintage Murano wall lights.

Other highlights include a sunken wine wall, entertainment area, cocktail bar and a gas fireplace.

It comes as Dina 'confirmed' her romance with multimillionaire fridge heir John Winning earlier this year.

She was reported to have started dating the CEO and fourth-generation heir of Winning Appliances around March after knowing him for some time.

In early April, she confirmed her romance with John as they attended a rave in Pioneertown, California, together.

Dina took to Instagram to share a gallery of snaps from their trip stateside with a group of friends to attend the music event.

John also took to his own Instagram Stories to re-share her post, featuring a glamorous selfie of herself glammed up in a glitzy ensemble.

Dina and John are said to be 'quite smitten' with one another amid their budding romance, close friends told the Daily Telegraph.

John took over as CEO of Winning Appliances in 2011 at the age of 22 and took the business in a new direction with Appliances Online, which is now Australia's largest online retailer for appliances.

Dina follows John on Instagram, as does her close friend Jade Yarbrough, Ruby Tuesday Matthews and Erin Molan.
