The road fully reopened about 30 minutes later.

Also, this morning, the I-490 ramp East to I-77 South was closed due to a crash.

FOX 8's Patty Harken reports a jacknifed tractor-trailer is what caused the backup on the ramp.

Just before 8 a.m., the ramp opened to drivers after the semi was hauled away.

There is no word on what caused the crashes, and there are no reports of injuries at this time.
