Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon had 'intense chemistry' on The Bear set before they were spotted kissing

Jeremy Allen White and Molly Gordon reportedly had 'intense chemistry' on set while filming their hit series The Bear, before embarking in their off-camera romance.

Although the pair just recently began exploring their own chemistry, they previously portrayed love interests in The Bear's second season.

'There were set rumors early on that they had intense chemistry even when not filming,' an insider told People. 'They didn't start hanging out romantically until a few weeks ago though.'

The source noted that White, whose estranged wife Addison Timlin filed for divorce after nearly four years of marriage in May 2023, 'really seems into Molly.'

'She spends time at his house. They go on lunch dates and seem to have a great time. They're affectionate, often in deep conversations and seem curious to get to know each other better,' the insider revealed of the couple's blossoming relationship.

Despite living on different coasts, Gordon, who lives in New York City, has been 'spending a lot of time in L.A.' where White resides when he is 'not working as that is where his two children Ezer, five, and Dolores, three, are based.

The source also described White as a doting father, who is 'very involved with his kids' and 'often takes them out for activities.'

The actor and Gordon debuted their new romance with a steamy kiss in Los Angeles, California this week.

The new couple wrapped their arms around one another as they said an emotional farewell at the car - with the pair hugging before a chivalrous Allen White opened the door for her.

On The Bear, Gordon plays chef Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto's childhood sweetheart. Season two shows them rekindling their romance.

They begin dating but their romance abruptly ends with Carmy has a breakdown while locked in the walk-in ahead of his restaurant opening.

After hearing his true feelings about their relationship from outside the door, Claire leaves Carmy and only appears in flashbacks in the third season.

White was most recently linked to Spanish singer-songwriter, Rosalía, following his split from Timlin.

They were first seen together in October 2023 and just weeks ago in July 2024 were seen looking loved-up as they left an event for his hit show The Bear.

For her part, Rosalía and ex-fiancé Rauw Alejandro ended their romance in July 2023, after dating for three years.
