Jersey Shore: Family Vacation: Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino greets Angelina Pivarnick by calling her 'Satan' during midseason premiere

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino called Angelina Pivarnick 'Satan' after she blocked him on social media on Thursday's episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation on MTV.

'When it comes to Angelina, I feel like I'm at a point where the straw has broken the camel's back,' Mike, 42, said. 'It's time for me to let her know. I've got to take a stand, even if it causes some waves.'

'How are you Satan?' Mike said to Angelina while saying hello to everyone at a meatballs party.

'Excuse me?' Angelina, 37, said. 'What was that about?'

'What the f***,' Angelina said in a confessional. 'Okay, here we go.'

When the season seven mid-season premiere episode titled The Meatball Party show opened, Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola, 37, revealed she had just started the IVF process so she could get pregnant with her boyfriend Justin May.

'I'm so secure in this relationship that for me, it's not my priority to get married,' Sammi said.

Sammi said she wanted to start the process before it was too late. Sammi also shared that she suffers from endometriosis, when scar tissue grows on a woman's uterus.

'Because I have this issue it's harder for me to get pregnant,' Sammi said.

Sammi said she didn't want to let anyone know she was doing IVF. Sammi then injected herself with a shot with Justin at her side.

Meanwhile, Angelina was home alone wondering where her fiancé Vinny Tortorella was.

'He's always gone,' Angelina said. 'It's embarrassing. I literally bought this house thinking I was going to have a family in this house, thinking this was going to be my forever home.'

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, 36, stopped by to visit Deena Cortese, 36, at her house and they decided to get everyone together for a Meatball party. They called all the cast to tell them about it.

'The Meatballs are throwing a meatball party?' Mike said.

Nicole told everyone to bring their own meatballs and that they would judge who had the best meatballs.

'We can't wait to taste your balls,' Nicole joked.

Mike had been touring the country doing book signings for his explosive tell-all Reality Check. Vinny Guadagnino, 36, came to one of his book signings and asked him to sign his book for him.

'I'm definitely proud of Mike,' Vinny said to the camera.

Mike asked Vinny if he was continuing his therapy for his anxiety disorder.

'Sometimes it's manageable and sometimes it's literally disruptive to my life,' Vinny said.

Mike said he hadn't heard from Angelina for a while and was hurt that he hadn't heard back.

'She just like ghosts everyone for six months,' Mike said. 'I'm sick of it.'

Mike told Vinny that Angelina hadn't been a good friend to him. He said he did not invite her to his daughter's Mia Bella's first birthday party.

'I'm drawing a line in the sand,' Mike said. 'Something's gotta give.'

Mike threw a huge party for Mia.

'In the Italian culture, the baby's first birthday, we do it big, all the decorations, the food that's coming out, the DJ, Mia Bella's dress,' Mike said. 'It looks like a wedding.'

Snooki was late because she didn't know she had to charge her Tesla. Mike told the other ladies that he didn't invite Angelina and that she still had him blocked on social media.

'I'm a little nervous that the meatball party is coming up and none of us want to see this turn into a full blow up,' Deena said in a confessional.

'I'm just giving her some space right now,' Mike said. 'Hopefully whatever she is going through, she figures it out.'

Angelina looked at her phone and saw the picture of the birthday party post on social media.

'Everybody is there but me,' Angelina said. 'Wow.'

'Maybe our invitation got lost in the mail,' Vinny Tortorella said.

'Talk about a slap in the face,' Angelina said.

Mike and Lauren made their meatballs for the party. Deena worked on hers and said her secret ingredient was sugar. Vinny G. made his meatballs with his mother who used bread and cheese in her recipe. Sammi made meatball sliders and told her boyfriend they had to wait to see if they created embryos.

'If we can't have a kid, I don't know,' Sammi said. 'I'd be devastated.'

Jenni 'JWoww' Farley, 38, went over to Nicole's house to make her meatballs because her own kitchen was being renovated. Jenni was making hers with vodka sauce. Nicole asked for her help to make her meatballs.

'What kind of meatball doesn't know how to make meatballs?' Jenni said.

Paul 'DJ Pauly D' DelVecchio , 43, was in Las Vegas and couldn't make it to the party, but made his own meatballs with his girlfriend Nikki Hall.

'This is the longest relationship I've ever had,' Pauly said. 'I'm not an easy guy to date because I'm not really home.'

Nikki said she started a bikini line and was happy to be back. Pauly asked Nikki what her favorite pasta was and she said they were all the same but they were just shaped differently.

'It's all the same?' Pauly said. 'Then why do we have 19 different ones. That's like saying all cars are the same. They all drive you. They all have doors.'

Angelina texted Mike 'you are a piece of s***' after she was not invited to his daughter's birthday party.

'And then, after that I blocked him,' Angelina said.

Angelina brought a bag of frozen meatballs. She put some in her pants to see how balls felt and then took them out and fried them in a pan.

'You can't bring those,' a producer said.

'Fine, I'm ordering f***ing meatballs,' Angelina said.

'The only thing consistent with Angelina is chaos,' Mike said at his house.

Vinny Guadagnino told his mother Paola that the other meatballs couldn't compete with theirs.

'You can't compete with a traditional Sicilian mom,' Vinny said. 'Angelina, I don't think she can boil water.'

'Vinny you've got to go to Sicily and get one,' Paola said.

'No, they have no teeth,' Vinny joked.

'So you know a lot of dentists,' Paola said. 'You got me teeth.'

Vinny said in a confessional that he was still single and 'looking for the one.' He said he started a podcast and had been working on his stand up-comedy act and doing charity work. He told his mother that his therapy was helping him with sleep.

Jenni saw that Snooki had a DNA test at her house.

'I just want to see if I have siblings and what they look like,' Snooki said. 'I'm not saying I want to meet them, I just want to see what happens.'

Snooki said in a confessional that she was adopted.

'All I know is that I was born in Santiago, Chile, adopted at six months,' she said. 'My parents got me at the airport. Boom, that's it.'

'This is a whole new world,' Jenni said.

Snooki wondered if her biological parents watched Jersey Shore.

Deana and Nicole decorated for the meatballs party and hoped everyone would leave the drama at the door.

In Vegas, Pauly practiced throwing the footballs for his celebrity charity event that would take place the same weekend in Vegas as the Super Bowl. Nikki threw the ball and helped him practice.

Angelina was the first person to arrive at the party.

'Yesterday you should have seen me, I put frozen balls in my vagina and it felt really good,' Angelina said when she got there.

'What the f***,' Nicole said.

'I hope those aren't the ones you're serving today,' Deena said.

'No,' Angelina said.

Angelina asked for wine even though it was 9am and Sammi arrived and saw Angelina who she had not spoken to since the group trip to Tucson.

'I'm not feeling it today,' Sammi said. 'I have a lot going on with this whole IVF thing. I don't want problems with Angelina. You just never know with her.'

Angelina playfully hit Sammi with a balloon and Sammi told her to stop.

'I don't need the drama,' Sammi said. 'I'm serious.'

Sammi and Angelina hugged. Deana and Nicole watched relieved.

Mike was the last to arrive which was when it started to go off between him and Angelina.
