Juvenile dies after 2 vehicle collision in Rosedale: BPD

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred Saturday night on Brimhall Road.

At 8:39 p.m., officers were dispatched to reports of a crash involving two vehicles on Brimhall and Jenkins roads. Police discovered a red Honda and red Chevrolet at the scene.

The passenger in the red Chevrolet, a 2-year-old child, was pronounced dead on scene according to BPD. Both drivers cooperated with the investigation.
