Kadarius Toney ruled out for Raiders; Chiefs make 3 roster moves

As of Friday, he was good to go for the game. They changed his injury to “ankle/hip” on Saturday, and now he will not play. Wide receiver Mecole Hardman and running back Jerick McKinnon were ruled on Friday.

In addition to the note on Toney, the team also announced that Hardman had been placed on injured reserve due to a thumb injury. That means he will miss at least the next four games — against Las Vegas, Green Bay, Buffalo and New England.

Finally, Kansas City elevated running back La’Mical Perine and wide receiver Montrell Washington from the practice squad for the game. Perine will serve the Chiefs as their third running back, while Montrell Washington is expected to be the kick returner.
