Kanye West and Bianca Censori's 'last ditch effort' to save marriage

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori splashed out on their new $35 million Beverly Hills mansion to try and create a 'grounded' life, according to sources who claim the purchase was a 'last ditch effort' to save their ailing marriage.

The rapper, 47, and the Australian beauty, 29, borrowed a total of $15.5 million to purchase the 11 bedroom, 18 bathroom property, DailyMail.com previously revealed.

The purchase was a sign from the rapper that he is ready to settle down and start raising a family with his wife who has been craving 'stability' - but his ever changing plans for the property have left her family fearful.

'Bianca has wanted stability for well over a year now,' the source exclusively told to DailyMail.com. 'This house was a last-ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what she wants, which is a family and to be grounded. But her family don't know if Kanye is going to give this to her .

'Kanye changes his mind daily on what he wants to do and that house was purchased with the intent of living in it.

'Bianca is sick of hopping from hotel to hotel and from city to city. She has been doing this their entire marriage. She's not had any stability since she married Kanye and with the lawsuit she is stressed.'

The insider continued: 'One day they are moving into their dream home. The next he is building a community on top of it and levelling it. Then the next day they are flipping it.'

The Gold Digger rapper raided his pension pot and used high risk mortgage lenders to fund the home purchase.

The couple closed on the property in the uber-exclusive Beverly Park gated community last month, which boasts neighbors including Adele and Justin Bieber .

The property, jointly owned with his wife through their firm Shore Drive Holdings LLC, initially seemed purchased purely for investment purposes.

The couple have bought numerous properties in California and New Mexico, to date.

It comes just weeks after the pair left fans and family confused about the status of their relationship amid multiple reports that the couple had been spending time apart .

The marriage appeared to be on the rocks in early October, with an insider telling DailyMail.com that Bianca had told her family that the pair had been 'drifting.'

But hours later, the couple made it clear they were still together as they packed on the PDA in Tokyo, Japan - leaving Bianca's family 'very confused.'

'Her parents are shocked by what they're seeing – they feel tricked because Bianca told them she was getting ready to leave,' a source exclusively told DailyMail.com.

'They can't understand what is happening and feel that she is being controlled.'

Insiders close to the architect told DailyMail.com that she had been telling loved ones she was 'getting ready to leave' during her recent trip home to Australia - though the insider did note that 'there is a chance they'll reunite.'

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that the musician had been telling friends he is done with Bianca and wanted to be single while spending time in Japan.

Bianca's apparent 360 has left loved ones even more worried about the level of control that Kanye might wield in their relationship, a concern that has been raised previously.

However, the couple have seemingly moved forward from their issues and Bianca has been seen embracing the challenge of decorating their new purchase.

The Australian beauty — famous for her boundary-pushing outfits — went braless while shopping for home decor at Williams Sonoma in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

She flashed her behind in a sleek white mini dress, which she paired with white sheer lace tights.

Bianca then completed the head-turning look with a pair of chic pointed-toe heels.

Several bags were seen being pushed back to her car. Among the items on the cart was a stainless steel dish rack.

Kanye recently offload his cut-price 'bomb shelter' designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando. The Malibu mansion sold for approximately $21 million in August — 60 percent less than the $57.3 million purchase price in 2021 after his divorce from ex Kim Kardashian.

He also owns a six-bedroom mansion in Calabasas which he bought for $2.2 million in May 2018.

Elsewhere, his property portfolio includes two rental apartments in Calabasas and Thousand Oaks which cost $1.6 million and $575,000.

Kanye has been married to Bianca since December 2022 . They wed just one month after his divorce was finalized from Kim, with whom he has four children.

Bianca has showcased a close bond with her stepchildren and is often pictured out and about with North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.

While many believe the rising fashion star has simply become the Grammy-winner's 'trophy wife,' Bianca has long been someone who works with Kanye to build his empire.

On top of heading the architecture for his brand, Yeezy, since November 2020, Bianca is listed as a joint officer and manager of Oxpaha LLC, which Kanye founded in October 2023.

A 7,416-square-foot commercial building on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, which it is believed he will use as a multi-purpose unit for his Yeezy fashion and music businesses, was also purchased last year under Oxpaha.

Bianca was even named special power of attorney for the property deal, highlighting her importance within his business dealings.
