Kanye West has baffled fans as he uploaded a new image which had eerily similar links to both his Donda 2 and Yandhi records - a day after announcing his new album, Bully.

Over the weekend, the rapper, also known as Ye, 47, revealed his brand new album and debuted a new song during his show at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China .

Then taking to his Instagram on Monday morning, Kanye shared an image which fans later identified as the stage he used to debut his Donda 2 album back in 2022 .

Kanye took to the stage at Miami's LoanDepot Park to livestream his 'Donda Experience Performance' at the time, but two years later, the structure appeared to be painted black seemingly for the potential artwork of the star's latest offering.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter , an account shared images of the stage and noted the link, writing: 'Holy s**t Donda 2 Yandhi stage (Updated Stage from Today).'

Responding to another person's bewilderment, they clarified: 'Nothing they just put black stuff/painted the stage black for the LP.'

Meanwhile, over on Reddit, another fan was quick to declare that Kanye's new post looked very similar to the stage he used to debut his unreleased 2018 album Yandhi.

While the image also bears a resemblance to the artwork to the record, which was supposed to be released in September 2018, but didn't happen.

Kanye's ninth studio album was at the time pushed back by two months with the hitmaker tellking how he planned to finish it in Africa .

However, after being pushed back a number of times, it was indefinitely postponed and eventually abandoned, with Kanye instead going on to release Jesus Is King .

Taking to the comments on Kanye's new and only Instagram post, fans shared their differing responses, with some wondering if this was a second part of Yandhi, while others simply urged his to stop teasing an release the album.

It comes as Kanye announced a new album and debuted a new song during his show at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China this weekend.

The new album – which follows his two Vultures releases earlier this year – is called Bully.

The new song is called Beauty and the Beast and he performed it in China rapping over an instrumental background.

'I still think about it every night and day to try to stay away, to keep my audience / Don't take this disrespect, I'm sitting here trying to redirect.'

Kanye – who recently sold his Malibu mansion – hadn't performed in China in 16 years prior to his first listening event in the country on September 15.

During the concert West also debuted a new version of 530, a track off Vultures 2, which fans are calling a finished version as it contained a second verse.

Ye did not give the audience any clue as to when the Bully album would be released but if it follows the same route the two Vultures projects did, it will be plagued with delays.

Vultures was delayed months before finally dropping on February 10. The second Vultures project was initially scheduled for a March 8 release but was pushed until August 3.

The first was pushed by months before its inevitable release on Feb. 10, while the second was initially slated to drop on March 8 before finally hitting streaming services on Aug. 3.

Yeezy has announced a number of albums that never saw the light of day including Good A** Job, TurboGrafx 16, Yandhi and Love Everyone.

Additionally, the Vultures project was conceived of as a trilogy and the third album has not been released yet.

Last month, the Gold Digger rapper took a dig at Adidas, who severed ties with the rapper in 2022 after Ye made several anti-semitic comments.

He chanted 'f**k Adidas' and encouraged the audience to join him, before playing Can't Tell Me Nothing, another hit off his third studio album, Graduation.

He also recently gave Drake a shoutout during one his recent shows.

Before performing his 2007 track, I Wonder, the father-of-four declared: 'This one for Drake.'

According to The Sun , several K-pop artists were seen attending his gig on August 23.

This included Aespa members Giselle and Winter, both 23.
