Katie Price 's mucky mansion has been seen with a smashed window, a broken wall and peeling wallpaper in new photos - as its price was slashed.

The former glamour model, 46, was evicted from the West Sussex home by bailiffs in May after she failed to keep up payments on the monthly mortgage.

Originally listed for £1.5million, the price was recently slashed to £1.35million - a reduction of £150,000.

And new pics shared by estate agent Henry Adams show that the house had a smashed window in the toilet, which has been boarded up.

In another snap, one of the rooms was seen with a hole in the wall and peeling wallpaper.

A buyer had been found for the home, just weeks after the former glamour model was evicted for not paying the mortgage.

But the nine-bedroom house is once again back on the market for the drastically lower price tag.

The property sits on 12 acres and has been central to Katie's life for many years.

Katie won't see a penny for the sale as it will be as it will be swallowed up by the debts she previously ran up against the Sussex home .

When the home was first listed, a brochure told potential buyers not to fall into Katie's empty pool and also warned the land could be contaminated by waste.

An online advert said the pad could be flipped into an 'impressive family house' after refurbishment.

Making no mention of its famous former owner, the ad described the property as: 'A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.'

The former model had paid £1.35m for the property in 2014 from former Tory peer Francis Maude and it featured in a Channel Four series as she attempted to renovate the house.

When she moved out she claimed the house was 'cursed'.

Talking about Mucky Mansion she said 'I've had nothing but bad memories in that house', and insisted moving will be the start of a new chapter in her life.

Contract cleaners were brought in to clear away the piles of rubbish and spruce up the property before it was put on the market by local estate agents HJ Burt.

Katie was declared bankrupt in 2019 with debts of £3.2m from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd, that was set up to oversee her perfume and cosmetics line .

She had been due to attend the Royal Court of Justice to explain to a judge why she has failed to repay millions owed to creditors in 2022 , however the hearing was adjourned at the last minute with her solicitors giving no reason for Katie's no show before the court.

In March of this year, Katie was again declared bankrupt over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05. The demand for payment was made by HMRC in October 2023.
