Kentucky weather tomorrow: Cool and sunny Sunday
LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Today was much cooler than it has been the past few days, and overnight it will turn cold.
Expect overnight lows to fall to around freezing here in Lexington with areas out in the valleys falling to the low 30s and upper 20s. With clear skies and a light wind, frost will be possible.
Sunday will be warmer than today with highs in the upper 50s and plenty of sunshine. It will be a great day to get those Christmas lights up.
Our weather turns active Monday through Wednesday with scattered showers possible Monday. By Monday night and into Tuesday rain will become widespread and heavy at times.
On the back side of this system, a few sprinkles or maybe a flurry for someone is possible Wednesday.
It turns cooler once again just in time for Thanksgiving with highs in the upper 40s. Plus, it will be a cold start for those early Black Friday deals with temperatures near freezing Friday morning.
