Kids Entrepreneurs host Halloween-themed vendor market in Laredo

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A Halloween-themed market hosted by the Kids Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is set for Saturday, offering local young entrepreneurs a chance to showcase and sell their handmade creations.

The event will take place at Laredo Harley Davidson 418 Crossroads Loop, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and families are invited to join in the fun with trick-or-treating and a costume contest.

Patty Martinez, from the group, invited the community to come support the kids. "It's a Halloween-themed event, so we are inviting the kids of the community to go out there, dress up, and participate in a costume contest. Plus, the kids will be selling their own handmade items," Martinez said.

The event offers a unique opportunity for young children to experience the world of business by selling goods such as slime, arts and crafts, Halloween-themed items, and much more. Martinez noted that it's a great way for kids to develop their communication skills and interact with both adults and their peers.

The market will also feature entertainment, including a local elementary school performance, making it a fun-filled day for families.

"We invite the community to go out there and support these talented young entrepreneurs," said Martinez.
