Lancaster County business hosts fundraiser for firefighter with cancer

A fundraiser was held Friday for a young Lancaster County firefighter who was recently diagnosed with cancer.Myles Hoffman, 18, runs with the fire companies in Columbia and Marietta.Several businesses in Columbia, including Ace of Fades Barbershop, held the fundraiser to raise money to help with Hoffman's treatment."The good thing is the doctors are saying they've caught it in time. It's curable. We need to do the chemo. But as you can imagine, very tough for a young firefighter just starting out in his career.
