CHRISTMAS CARD SALE: The Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley are now taking orders for their annual seasonal card sale. Cards will be sold in packets of 10 for $15; one supply is limited to 40 packets. The HSCV will also be selling 6 1⁄2” Poinsettias for $15 each. Color choices are red, white and white glitter (red leaves with splashes of white) and come with a festive foil pot cover. Greeting cards and poinsettias are both being sold via preorder. Orders can be picked up at the HSCV Library Education Room, 237 W. Main St., Ephrata, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1 and 2. HOLIDAY HOME TOUR: The Strasburg Heritage Society will host their 12th annual Holiday Home Tour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 101 S. Decatur St., Strasburg. Tour festively decorated homes and local churches. Also, the Strasburg Tree Lighting will be held at the borough building at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1.
