Witman Auctioneers Inc., of Manheim, held a public sale of real estate and personal property Sept. 7 for Benjamin Doulin at 5 Birch Drive, Willow Street. A stone, three-bedroom ranch house with attached two-car garage sold for $460,000 to James and Vera Kreider, of Placentia, California. Several items of personal property and prices included: 2013 Chrysler Town & Country van, $16,000; 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis LS sedan, $7,000; Lane midcentury dining room suite, $2,300; chrome breakfast set, $330; Pyrex nest of bowls, $260-$210 each; Tonka Toy tow truck, $240; Bassett bedroom suite, $220; and midcentury clock, $190.

White Horse Auction Service, of Gap, held a public sale of real estate Sept. 9 for Leroy and Rachel Ann Zook at 945 Bistline Bridge Road, Loysville. A three-bedroom custom home and barn on 10 acres sold for $550,000 to Andrew Stoltzfus.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, held a public sale of real estate Sept. 10 for Amos Zook Jr. at 3233 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise. A two-unit investment dwelling — one with two bedrooms and one with three bedrooms — along with three-car garage/shop on 0.4 acres sold for $420,000 to Amos and Raymond Stoltzfus, of Paradise.

Martin and Rutt Auctioneers, of New Holland, held a public sale of real estate Sept. 12 for John and Elsie Mae Reiff at 69 Whisper Lane, New Holland. A three-bedroom brick rancher with two-car garage on 0.43 acres sold for $385,000 to Brian Nolt, of Ephrata.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, held a public sale of real estate Sept. 12 for Troy and Kimberly Enck at 277 Laurel Road, East Earl. A three-bedroom rancher with two-car garage and two utility buildings on 1.5 acres sold for $380,000 to Marvin and Bernice Burkholder, of New Holland.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Bowmansville, held a public sale of real estate Sept. 13 for Robert and Deborah A. Trauffer at 461 Ridge Road, Spring City. A stone house and barn on 4 acres sold for $645,000 to Justin Harper, of Phoenixville.
