Las Vegas police investigate deadly motorcycle crash near Valley View, Sirius

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in the central valley Wednesday morning.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred on Meade Avenue and Sheridan Street around 5:57 a.m. An initial investigation revealed that a motorcycle was traveling east on Meade, while a Hyundai sedan was heading west.

Police say that the Hyundai turned left in front of the motorcycle, which crashed into the sedan. The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike, and would later die at the scene.

The Hyundai driver remained at the scene and police say impairment is not suspected.

LVMPD fatal detectives are responding to the scene.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
